Basic Forum Rules

1. Respect Everyone.

The Golden Rule falls under this category, as does the phrase, "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all." Here,at Hidden in the Stars we try and create a friendly and safe environment for all our members of various age, ethnicity, religion, and creed. Respect should be given in any and all situations in and outside of RP. Respect should be given towards Staff and Regular members a like. And lastly you should respect members opinions, ideas, and property. Disrespect will not be tolerated.

2. No Spam.

Spam = Stupid, Pointless, Annoying Messages. Of course many things can fall under this category. For the most part, Spam includes posting repetitive messages with no significant meaning. Off topic messages will also fall under this category. If you see spam, or anything that "looks" like spam, please use the "Report Post" link to alert a Staff Member. We wish to keep our message board clean and in limiting the amount of spam posted will help tremendously.

Game/Discussion Posts will be limited per day to prevent spam.

3. No Double Posting.

Double posting messages back to back may be regarded as spam in which we wish to avoid. Posting multiple messages is also rude and inconsiderate to other members. If you wish to add something to your message, please use the modify post button located at the top right of your post and edit in your new message. The only exception to the No Double Posting rule will be given to Staff Members and the only board in which all members may double post will be in the Character Logs.

4. No Fights.

Fighting on the message boards will not be tolerated. Please resolve any issues with another member through personal messages. If you cannot come up with a solution then take it up with a Staff Member and we will guide you through the process via The Conference Room.

5. Proper Grammar.

Proper grammar is essential for relaying your message quickly and efficiently. If we cannot interpret your message than it goes to say we cannot provide any help or assistance you may require. No chatspeak is permitted except for the norms [lol, brb, g2g, etc]. Chatspeak is never permitted during RP. 

6. One Account per Member.

All of your characters will be housed on one account. There will be no reason to create multiple accounts. This will keep the forum organized and free of empty or inactive accounts. The violators of this rule will receive a strike for misconduct.

7. Must be over the age of 12.

In accordance to the Proboards Terms of Service forum members must be age 13+. However we make an exception to those members who are age 12. If you fall under this category, please make this known to the Admin. Temporary bans will befall on those who break this rule, but the ban will be lifted once the member turns of age.

⇂. Must obey the glow cloud.

The Glow Cloud does not need to converse with us. It does not feel as we tiny humans feel. It has no need for thoughts or feelings of love. The Glow Cloud simply is. ALL HAIL THE MIGHTY GLOW CLOUD. ALL. HAIL.
