The spots cover her entire entire back as well as the scruff of her neck, and progress into elegant tiger stripes as they reach for her legs and tail. Her tail tip stands out from the rest of her brighter-coloured coat with its dark shade of black. Her pawpads are a soft hue of pale pink, same as her minute nose. She has vivid honey-coloured eyes in a remarkably bright hue, one that makes them fairly hard to miss during night-time. Cynthia is a short-haired cat, with a coat that is almost always well-groomed and shiny, and consequently also fairly soft at touch.
Just like all the cats of her race, Cynthia's body is of medium-length, with the hind legs longer than the front, giving her the appearance of standing on tiptoes when upright. Her unusually tall back limbs provide her with exceptional speed, while a unique flap of skin extends from her flank to the back knee, providing for greater agility and length of stride. However, despite being in possession of an attractive, slender build, this she-cat hides no muscles under her fluffy pelt.P E R S O N A L I T YAt first glance, Cynthia is your average skittish, faint-hearted cat. She won't put up so much of a fight, and that is, if there's something absolutely valuable for her to protect. If there isn't, she won't hesitate to straightly take the cowardly way out. Being in possession of incomperable swiftness, she has learnt not to be picky or strong-minded, and will flee without a second thought if she feels threatened. However, there are rare cases when she will pick to stick around for a moment longer or two, which is usually caused by her oddly curious nature and strong longing for exploring.
In addition to that, this she-cat also has a recurring urge of pronouncing out loud every single word that pops up in her head. Be it a strong insult or a completely irrelevant statement, she's going to casually proceed to announce it. There is not a single thing that she keeps inside her, something that doesn't make her the most trustworthy cat around. Cynthia is, in simple terms, the "speak and run" type, as she will most certainly not stay to face the consequences of the bold statements she often makes.
On top of being blunt and thoughtless, Cynthia appears to have little or no respect for anything she should normally feel grateful for. She takes her family, soft life, easy food and constant protection for granted, and usually speaks and acts mercilessly. She won't show particular interest if she's presented with a serious statement, nor will she try to properly solve her issues with others. Their company and friendship is another thing she gives credence to, and the fear of losing those close to her won't ever apply to her.
Since bluntness and self-centeredness are not commonly traits others appreciate in her, Cynthia has not yet made a lot of progress with friends or popularity. She has already admitted into being fairly anti-social and not truly fond of others' company, even if it's the company of her own species. Being an only pet, the only affection she receives comes from her humans, and it has resulted into her being mostly intolerant of any other sort of cordiality.

H I S T O R YCynthia's first name had been Spots, and she was born to a loving couple that bred egyptian maus as a hobby. Her life as a kitten had been fairly ordinary but fun, including being naughty along with her four other siblings, and getting away with it more often than not. The never-ending party that took place in her first home happened to actually finish quickly however, when a single mother with her twoleg kits decided to adopt her. Nobody in her new family really paid attention to her name, which remained as Spots, but unfortunately that was not it. Now living in a boring, tiny flat, Spots was never allowed outside, nor had any other pets to play with. Her housefolk were usually busy staring into screens with moving pictures, or absorbed in books. Spots was miserable with her new life, and was beyond delighted when she figured out she was most likely not staying for long.
Days came when her human's kits started spending a lot of time with her, and the she-cat decided it was solely because they had discovered her incomparable beauty and intelligence. She would put on shows for her company, running across the room in unbeatable speed and balancing on glass surfaces, then jumping back on the floor and going back on the run. She only figured out what was actually awaiting her when a new twoleg started visiting almost every day, spending most of its time in Spots' company by examining her or sometimes even feeding her delicious meatball pieces from hand. Spots hadn't been cautious at all with the whole situation, and found herself feeling it was like another ordinary day when she got trapped in a travelling cage and was given a splendid car ride.
Walking into a new house with a brand-new housefolk didn't come as a surprise, although there was one thing that caught her off guard once she was let to explore her new surroundings. Her new house had a garden! In Spots', now given the name of Cynthia, eyes, it looked like an enormous, everlasting area filled with freshly-mowed grass that carried a very welcoming scent as well as bushes and trees scattered around, creating a small forest only she had access to. Cynthia's new life felt ideal, overflowed by countless new opportunities for adventure and a hundred unexplored places for her to occupy herself with. However, there was one thing this young cat didn't feel familiar with. It seemed as though her new housefolk was willing to spend all of its time with her, and even though Cynthia appreciated it sometimes, she mostly found herself feeling restrained or even fed up with all the attention she got, as she had always been a cat that was ignored and was forced to spend her whole day with her own.
Despite discovering her solitary and adventurous personality, Cynthia's twolegs didn't seem to be any less excited with having her around. She was still offered a warm shelter and easy access to enough food to stuff herself with every night, and was allowed outside for the entire day the next morning. Living next to an actual forest, the young she-cat quickly got bored of her own tiny one, and slowly began to give in to her longing for exploring the woods that stretched out endlessly just out of her garden. She still hasn't dared put one paw any further than the tree line that is the entrance to it, being too afraid of what she might come face to face with if she does.
Nevertheless, it's about time when her curiosity will betray her.R E L A T I O N S H I P S
