Quick Description: Black and brown she-cat with amber eyes and large ears.
Description: Batwing's fur is a base colour of black, with dark brown underparts. Her chest is a reddish brown in colour, with lighter and darker brown speckles. Her tail is banded in a number of different hues of browns, ending in a lighter brown tip. Her ears are tall and large, like a bat's. There are two nicks in her right ear and one in her left, from either hunting accidents or small scraps with rogues. Batwing's back left leg's bone is slightly twisted, so it gives Batwing a slight limp, which will get worse the older she gets. Batwing is quite a small cat, and her eyes and ears seem a little too large for her head. Her eyes are a startling amber, standing out against her dark face. The eyes have small flecks of yellow, orange, and darker orange - the pupil having a thin outline of blue. In some lights Batwing's eyes can look very fiery, in others just a tree sap colour.
Personality: Batwing's personality is complicated. She never shows her anger in front of others, and is very calm and collected. She usually thinks before she speaks, and her words are quiet so you have to strain to listen. Batwing states her opinion very carefully, and gets frustrated when others don't understand her ways. She was often picked on as a kit for her strange looks and ways, but she just murdered them in her head. Despite Batwing's mentally violent ways, she usually isn't physically violent. Batwing has a habit of hearing things she isn't supposed to hear, and has a very curious and eager to learn mind. She hates to be treated lower than she actually is, and prides herself for her skills. Batwing can be quite arrogant, believing she knows everything and doesn't need help - along with being stubborn. Batwing refuses to believe that her slight handicap will slow her down, and she rejects all sympathy. She isn't some weak kit to be treated differently.

History: Batkit was born to Rainfeather and Shadowrain, and merrily played kit cames with her littermates and other kits in the nursury as soon she could walk and see. When the kits reached their 5th moon - one of the most energetic and annoying moons - Cherishkit found out a big secret. Some of the kits in the litter weren't Shadowrain's, but a loner named Francis. Batkit was shocked, but that didn't change her views on the family. She didn't react massively, unlike her brothers and sisters. Batkit meerly shrugged this off, pushing it to the back of her mind and loving her mother and father anyway.
When Batkit reached her ceremony, a bit later than the others due to sickness, she became Batpaw, her mentor being Jaywing. She was a keen apprentice, and excelled especially at hunting - needing a bit of extra help with climbing and fighting due to her weaker leg. She still strived to be a warrior, and finally became a warrior with the name of Batwing - named after her mentor and dark fur, which was like a bat's wing.
