Warrior Training Guide
Hello! And Welcome to the Training Guide! ^^ Here I will point you in the right direction to getting your Apprentice promoted to Warrior-ship. First, I would like to say and reinforce the following: Any Warrior may train ANY Apprentice. Each apprentice will be assigned a mentor, but you are not required to train with them specifically if you wish, your mentor is there to oversee your training and will give the OK for an Assessment.

First, I would like to say and reinforce the following: Any Warrior may train ANY Apprentice. Kit to Apprentice
Kits will be promoted to the Apprentice stage when the following guidelines have been met:
The Kit was created at least 3 weeks prior to becoming an Apprentice.
The Kit has participated in at least 2 RP threads.
Once these two requirements are fulfilled, the RPer may message the Admin the completed form and wait for the Leader to perform their Apprenticeship ceremony.

Apprentice to Warrior
So, you think your Apprentice is ready to be a mighty Warrior of your clan?
The following requirements must be fulfilled before the Apprentice may be promoted to Warrior-ship:
The Apprentice must have been created at least 2 months before becoming a Warrior (this includes the three weeks spent as a Kit).
The Apprentice must have participated in 2 completed RP threads as an Apprentice.
The Apprentice must have participated in 4 RP threads, two of which must have been a Training thread with their Mentor or another Warrior as a substitute for the Mentor.
During the Apprentice's training they should have learned the following:
- Exploring the territory, or being shown parts of it.
- Hunting prey.
- Being shown battle moves or fighting off a predator/enemy.
- Interacting with clan-mates or other cats from other clans.
When the prior has been completed and the RPer wishes to advance their Apprentice to Warriorship, they will send the following form to the admin and await their Leader to perform the Warrior Ceremony.

Assessment
Assessments will not be a requirement and will remain optional. If the RPer wishes, he/she may request an Assessment be given to their character. Assessments will be similar to the books where the cat's Mentor and another Warrior (usually the Deputy or the Leader) will assess the Apprentice's skills by watching them perform certain tasks such as hunting. The Assessment RP, if chosen to complete, will count as one of the required RPs.
