High Position Rules & Auditions
1. Must be Active. All of those interested in taking on a "High Position" [Leader, Deputy, Medicine Cat] must be active. We can't just have a bunch of authoritative positions being unfulfilled. These characters have responsibilities and you as the RPer must be ready to assume these responsibilities as well.
2. Two High Positions per Person. Here at Hidden in the Stars v. 2 we allow a RPer to have two characters with high positions as a maximum amount. This applies to Medicine Cat Apprentices as well.
3. Do Not Ask for Staff Position. If and when Staff Positions are available, an Announcement will be made so that everyone has a fair shot at fulfilling these positions.
4. PM this Form to the Admin to Show Interest in taking on one of the High Positions.
5. Subject to Change at the Disgression of the Admin. Know that these positions are subject to change with little to no notice. It is at the disgression of the Admin to approve or deny any Staff Member or High Position RPer if they fail to keep up with their duties or if the Admin wishes for a change of scenery.
Auditions
Auditions will be held periodically, or when needed. An Announcement will be made when the position needs to be filled. Auditions will include an application and a complete biography of the character. When the deadline for the auditions passes, the Admin will post a second Announcement to vote on the best applicants. With the Staff's approval, the person with the highest vote will fill the position.

+ Leaders are very important to the clan. They are in charge of making major decisions for the entire clan, and making sure everything runs smoothly in camp. Those who RP leaders should be as active as possible.
Responsibilities for Leaders include but are not limited to the following:
1. Accepting bios for Deputy and Medicine Cat of their clan [If the position needs to be filled].
2. Holding ceremonies.
3. Appointing mentors for new apprentices.
4. Moderating their Clans section of the site.
5. Leading their clan into battle.
+ Leaders are very important to the clan. They are in charge of making major decisions for the entire clan, and making sure everything runs smoothly in camp. Those who RP leaders should be as active as possible.

1. Healing the wounds of clanmates.
2. Sharing dreams with Starclan.
3. Providing council and guidance to the leader.
+ The Medicine Cat is equally if not more important than the previous. They are in charge of healing clanmates and interpreting signs from Starclan. Those who RP medicine cats should be active.

+ Staff Members are non-rp based ranks given to those specialized in forum moderation. They are in charge of keeping the forum clean and organized and also help in the making of important site decisions.
Responsibilities for Staff Members include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Deleting Spam.
2. Moving Threads to the correct location.
3. Monitoring Shop Transactions.
4. Approving Biographies.
5. Countless other duties that help keep the site organized.
+ Staff Members are non-rp based ranks given to those specialized in forum moderation. They are in charge of keeping the forum clean and organized and also help in the making of important site decisions.
