Description:
Build: This tom cat is bulky, giving him a stature that can scare off any intruders that enter his house-folk's garden. He has large paws but a scrunched up face that gives him that powerful yet somewhat awkward appearance. His thick body seems to make him look fat even though, under his fur, he's an average sized cat other than his large paws and bulky bone structure.
Pelt: Ryel's pelt is a dark ginger color that is quite thick, adding to his overweight appearance. Lighter ginger tabby markings run in stripes down his back, legs, and face. On top of that, white fur covers his chin then works its way down his front until it reaches the base of his tail.
Face: His face is rounded but seems squished, like he ran into a glass window and smashed it. His muzzle is small and makes his mouth and nose fit awkwardly on it. His nose is pink and is an odd sort of triangle look that's been strangely contorted. From near his nose, pristine white fangs arc out, making his face seem less awkward. Two large optics are the color of the grass, a green that is very subtle and soothing but can easily turn to cruel stones of hostility.
Personality:
Loyal - Ryel is loyal to everyone he actually knows, such as family and friends, willing to defend them to the bitter end. He doesn't like to admit it but he is quite the softy to those he cares about and will stand firm to defend the cat.
Independant - Ryel is also indepedant and doesn't like to talk to others much and will often just enjoy his time more when he's by himself. He tends to fit on his fence and stare out into space in the middle of the night so others won't bother him.
Thoughtful - He may not always take heed to what he's told but when he does, he's quite considerate and will think through almost all possibilities, wanting to make sure he doesn't make a stupid mistake that could get him hurt or into trouble he can't get himself out of.
Negative Traits:
Hostile - He doesn't like other cats very much and is quick to get snippy with anyone that crosses his path. He tends to get territorial because of this and is very edgy about others and he typically doesn't tolerate other's presences.
Arrogant - Ryel is very arrogant and tends to hold himself high above others. He considers almost all others below him and seldom lets anyone talk down to him. He sometimes flaunts about how great he is when he feels unnoticed or makes comments that probably are a bit immature.
Insensitive - This tom doesn't really care much for touchy feelings and won't show much sympathy or show his own real feeling, mostly because he doesn't really feel them anymore, he grew apart from them in a way. He dislikes the cats that whine all the time and will ditch them to get rid of their whining.
Not trusting - This ginger tom cat doesn't confide in others often, if ever, and doesn't trust anymore much more than he likes whiners, which means, not a lot. He won't reveal any of secrets to hardly anyone and refuses to give away much personal information and typically is hesitant to give out his name.

Ryel was born the biggest kit of his litter and was the only tom cat of his two other siblings. He lived with three Twolegs, too adults and one of their kits. It wasn't long after the three of them were old enough to survive without their mother's milk that his sisters were sold off to other nearby Twolegs. He enjoyed his solitude with just his parents before he too was sold to another family. He didn't like this family a lot but learned to get over it. His family was only a few houses away and they had the habit to be nosy and visit.
Adolescence
When he started to get older, he became quiet the trouble maker and often went out into the forest to catch some prey. He was warned off by many other cats but he never was injured simply because he was young and cats considered him just a normal rambunctious kitten. He didn't make any friends but did get to learn the names of almost everyone around his Twoleg's nest, as well as some little alleyways that came in handy when being chased by other cats or dogs.
Adulthood
Now that Ryel's an adult he spends most of his time on his fence, thinking about everything. He will greet the passersby and defend his garden from nosy intruders that don't belong there.
