Prefix: Asphodel -- she was named after the flower. Her prefix could also be from her personality, seeing as it, like flowers, seems innocent and tranquil most of the time.

Suffix: Paw -- for her rank, an apprentice in EchoClan.

This feline is known as being quiet by others who have tried to speak to her. Most of the time, unless her mood has changed abruptly, she will be as silent as the wind that creeps in at moon-high. Her reason for doing this although she can talk just fine, is because she mainly sees no reason to talk if there's nothing interesting to talk about. Although, Asphodel gets annoyed very easily, and when that happens some cats tend to stay away from her, since, then there is no telling what she would do -- literally. Before this sudden mood swing, most cats seem to figure Asphodel as a 'innocent weakling who can't do any harm,' although she heard it all, she would never reply. She was always reticent and seemingly oblivious to everything around her except her 'friends' named Holly and Misty, although most cats didn't believe her if or when she tried to talk about them, due to them being hallucinations from her dark mind.

Depiction »

Asphodel is sort-of ordinary-looking with her light-brown colored pelt. Her vibrant, green eyes contrast her facial features as do her caramel-colored tabby markings that line the frames of her face, back -- technically almost every part of her except for her stomach. Her fur is soft and a little shorter than medium in length. She has patches of white at her muzzle, chest, belly, paws, and her tail tip. Her nose is splotched a rosy shade of the color pink. Her oculars are the green hue of malachite. the kind of shade that almost directly matches the color of the tree's leaves in green-leaf and the grass blades that scan the ground under-paw. Her whiskers have the same alabaster kind-of-hue as her paws. Asphodel has received no scars yet.

Kit

As a kit, Asphodel was well.. considered normal. As for her everchanging imaginary friends and creativity growing strong, her parents thought it was normal, as seeing she was still young; there was nothing to worry about. Or was there? As she grew older at about four moons her parents noticed something was well.. off from her. She began to get more distant and was caught talking to 'herself' plenty more often than normal. She'd seemed lost from reality and often was found staring at apparently nothing, but Asphodel would always say, 'I'm talking to Holly and Misty,' or when she hurt someone or herself, 'Holly and Misty told me too'. Her whole life seemed to revolve around the two; without them, she seemed of no value to herself. Her parents soon began to try to get Asphodel to get rid of her friends, by either having Asphodel talk to them or try to scare them off. Of course, Asphodel would just get in more trouble by her hallucinations, by either getting hurt by them or yelled at. Due to her schizophrenic behavior, she soon winded up finding her parents dead at her paws nearby five-to-six moons of age. The demons she had figured were her friends ended up possessing her tiny body and killing them off themselves, and when the job was done, said Asphodel had done it.

Apprentice

Not so long after all that drama happened, Asphodel had found herself often pacing about for what seemed like hours in circles or simply heading nowhere at all. This soon led her to finding EchoClan after bumping into a patrol. The cats soon took her in and she was declared an apprentice, mentored by Foxfoot. Although, very soon the cats found of her strange meltdowns she would have often whilst talking to Holly and/or Misty, which led her to be more quiet towards others just as she is found doing today. Some of the cats often find her 'strange' due to the often emotional -and physical- breakdowns she would receive, which is why poor, psychotic Asphodel doesn't have many friends in the Clan. This part is still getting continued as she has been in the Clan for barely a moon.
