+ Gatherings

Here at Hidden in the Stars v.2 we host two sorts of Gatherings. Those held on TFM, which are hosted on a weekly basis every Saturday at varying times, and those held on the forum, which are hosted on a monthly basis. Gatherings held on TFM will be between the following TFM Clans: Hiddenclan, Whisperclan(TFM), Saphireclan, and Soulclan. All members of HITSv2 are welcome to attend, but you will be representing Hiddenclan even if you do not have a character within that clan. Know also that TFM Gatherings are strictly for fun, nothing said or done is to be taken seriously. Follow all TFM rules while attending these gatherings. Now, onto the important stuff. Forum RP Gatherings!

• Two Leaders on to Start. To begin a Gathering, at least 2 of the 4 leaders must be actively online. A Staff member must also be present. After these requirements are fulfilled, one of the Leaders will be given the go ahead to start a thread for the Gathering.
• Attendance. RP Gatherings are open and anyone may attend! However, kits are strictly forbidden as per the Warrior Code. Leaders, Deputies, and Medicine Cats must post at least once every gathering, unless the RPer has posted an acceptable leave of absence or the RPer has given a realistic reason as to why their character is unable to attend [Plot Purposes].
• Thread Open for One Week. Each RP Gathering will remain open for one week to ensure maximum attendance and participation. As far as a set date and time, those will be non-existent. The start time of a Gathering will depend greatly on the activity of the leaders to start a Gathering. We will, however, try to use our Moon Phase to begin Gatherings every moon, so watch the phase!
• Keep the Peace. Fighting at a Gathering is strictly prohibited per Warrior Code. Unless given permission by Staff, no member should try to fight another player's character before, during, or after a Gathering. The full moon is a sign of peace. Unless it has been discussed beforehand that the clans will break the truce [Plot Purposes], do not try and begin a battle.

+ Medicine Cat Meetings

Medicine Cat Meetings will work in a similar fashion to Forum RP Gatherings. A Medicine Cat Meeting will be hosted every half moon [one week after the previous Gathering]. All Medicine Cats are expected to attend, as are respected Starclan Members. To begin a Medicine Cat Meeting, two Medicine Cats must be online as well as a Staff Member/Leader. Afterwards, one of the Medicine Cats will be given permission to begin the Meeting. Medicine Cat Apprentices are encouraged to attend, but not required. Medicine Cat Meetings will last for 5 days following the creation of the thread.

Prophecies. Prophecies will not be given unless discussed with Staff. Instead, Starclan Members may provide guidance to certain Medicine Cats or support for certain situations. Feel free to message ideas to one another to make these meetings more interesting for all.

+ Battles

Large Battles will not take place very often, but when they occur, there are certain regulations that must be followed. Battles will be held during pre-determined dates and at a respectable location depending on the clans involved. To declare war on another clan, Leaders must message the Admin to discuss certain aspects of the battle. Please use the form below. All battles will last 1-2 weeks after the initial post has been made and depending on the size of the battle. Please remember that during Battle you must abide by all RP Rules [Specifically PP, GM, and Killing another Character in Battle are strictly prohibited unless given special permission].
